Keith-Ann serves as a manager in the tax department and has been with Glass & Company since 2008. Her responsibilities include planning, compliance and preparation of tax returns for privately-held companies and high-net-worth individuals. She has experience providing service to clients in a variety of industries and has developed a particular expertise working with construction companies, commercial real estate firms, service companies and restaurants.
Keith-Ann began her accounting career in 2003 after graduating from Texas Christian University. Prior to joining Glass & Company, she spent five years with national firm KPMG as a staff accountant. Keith-Ann attributes her success in the accounting field to hard work, a positive attitude and a fair amount of tenacity. She believes wholeheartedly in the “Cowboy Up” philosophy of do what it takes, take responsibility and don’t make excuses.
Raised in Arlington, Texas, Keith-Ann now lives in Leander with her husband, Chad, daughter, Rylan, and son, Boston. She is a huge sports fan with a particular love for the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers and TCU Horned Frogs. Keith-Ann also spends time serving on the board of directors for Easter Seals of Central Texas, and volunteering at her church.
