A manager in the tax department, Roxanne has been with Glass & Company since 2000, when she joined the firm as a staff accountant. Her primary responsibilities include tax planning, research and compliance for real estate and manufacturing entities as well as high-net-worth individuals. Through her varied client experience, Roxanne has also developed an expertise handling multi-state returns.
Roxanne graduated from the University of Texas, Austin with a Master of Professional Accountancy degree. She worked briefly for KPMG before joining Glass & Company. Having been exposed to life at a big-four firm has given her both insight into complicated tax situations that are normally encountered with large national clients as well as an appreciation for the close client relationships that are the hallmark of small- to mid-size firms like Glass & Company. Her dedication to building those relationships through hard work and exceptional service has earned her the respect of clients and colleagues alike.
A native of Hallettsville, Texas, Roxanne currently resides in Austin with her husband, Kyle and two children. She enjoys the diversity of the Austin area and places a priority on spending time with family and friends. She likes to spend her time reading and cooking and is always looking for ways to give back to the community and help others succeed.
