What’s New at Glass & Company

New Faces
Please join us in welcoming Marilyn Anderson as our new receptionist.  Marilyn comes to us from Longview, Texas where she worked for Peters Chevrolet for 25 years.  Marilyn has the humor, customer service and hard work ethic it takes to fill one of the most valued positions at Glass & Company, P.C.  Welcome Marilyn!

Expanding Our Knowledge
Continuing Professional Education (CPE) is an important part of a CPA's accrual period for each year.  Our management team just returned from a two day conference in historical Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Held by Southwest Practice Management Group, attendees had a number of excellent choices for CPE courses such as  Employment Law, The Clarity Project and Current Trends in Audit Practices, presented by our own Larry Dodson.

Congratulations!
Senior Manager, Jay M. Johnson welcomed a new 8 lbs. 3 oz. baby girl, Willow Catherine Johnson,  on Tuesday, July 24.

When we started One Source Manufacturing in 1997, we quickly went through two to three accounting firms without much success. Then we found Glass & Company and have been with them ever since. There are very few CPA firms in the Austin area that have the capability to service manufacturing companies. Glass & Company has a thorough understanding of the challenges that manufacturers face and the expertise to handle it all.””
